DELIVERY

We’re pleased to offer FREE standard delivery when you spend £75* or more with us. 
Unfortunately we are only able to deliver to UK mainland. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes.



STANDARD DELIVERY – 2 TO 5 WORKING DAYS

Our standard delivery is free if you spend over £75 online. If you spend under £75 then your standard delivery charge will either be £3.99, £5.99 or sometimes £9.95 depending on the size and weight of your order.

There are a small number of large and heavy products which may require a delivery charge even if the order total is over £75. If this is the case you’ll see the cost in the checkout before you pay.

Some of our products will be shipped directly from suppliers and so might have slightly different timescales. If this is the case then it will clearly be indicated in the product information for your awareness.

NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY

If your order qualifies for the option of next day delivery you will be shown both a standard delivery option and a next day delivery option in the checkout. The charge for next day delivery will be £6.99. If your order is placed before 6pm Monday-Friday it will be delivered the next working day. Orders placed after 6pm or over the weekend will be dispatched the next working day for delivery the following day e.g. Orders placed on Friday after 6pm will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

We would love to be able to offer next working day delivery on all products, however there are some products where it is not possible due to their size or weight. If this is the case, you’ll only be shown standard delivery options in the checkout before you pay. If you have any queries, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

 

 



RETURNS

We're always looking for ways to be more environmentally friendly and so recently made the decision to cut down on excess paper. As such we have removed all invoices and returns information from our deliveries. Don't worry though, our returns process is nice and simple - in the first instance you just need to contact us and we'll explain the quickest and easiest way to help you return your order:

RETURNING A PRODUCT YOU’VE CHANGED YOUR MIND ABOUT

We hope that you’ll be happy with what you buy, however if you change your mind then you have 14 days to notify us that you'd like to return an item. Items must then be returned within 14 days of notifying us, in an unused and in original condition, with all packaging, tags and labels intact.

We choose to keep the price of our products as low as possible and as such this unfortunately doesn’t allow for free returns. If you're returning your product because it's unsuitable, please contact us and we'll walk you through the simple returns process. You'll be able to track the parcels journey back to us, and we can process your refund in the quickest possible time. Please make sure that you sufficiently package up your return to prevent any damage as the goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. 

Your refund will be processed within 14 days of reaching our warehouse using the same method that you paid with.

RETURNING A FAULTY PRODUCT

All our products are carefully checked before being sent out but unfortunately on the odd occasion a product might develop a fault.

In the first instance please contact us so that we can help you in the quickest possible time. We will ask for a photo or video of the problem, so that we can quickly identify how to resolve the issue for you.

If there isn’t anything we can do and it is within 30 days of purchase, we’ll exchange or refund your order. If you bought from a store then you will need your proof of purchase, such as receipt.

After 30 days, if a manufacturing fault is found then we’ll repair or replace the product in accordance with the terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

PRODUCTS ARRIVED DAMAGED

All products leave us in perfect condition, however in the unfortunate situation where a product has arrived damaged, please notify us within 24 hours.

STORE PURCHASES RETURNED TO STORE

If you have changed your mind about a product you bought in store then you are able to return it to one of our stores for an exchange or refund within 28 days of purchase. Please ensure that the item is unused and in original condition, with all packaging, tags and labels intact, and that you have your receipt.

ONLINE PURCHASES RETURNED TO STORE

You may return an online order to one of our stores within 14 days of receipt providing it falls within the above criteria. The store will return your item to our warehouse and your refund will be processed within 14 days.
