What are the standard delivery charges?

Deliveries to Highlands of Scotland, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and International deliveries vary and are available upon request. You can still purchase through our web site but you may have to pay an additional surcharge prior to despatch of your item, we will contact you should this be needed.

Subject to the following, all items will be sent on a standard delivery at £4.25 through our couriers. A signature will be required upon delivery for most items.

*Orders over £75 have free delivery subject to the following parameters

• Quantity of items purchased, where the number of items purchased exceed our boxed size limit for free delivery, identified after initial purchase where a member of our team will contact you by phone or email to clarify any extra charges
• Some items are more bulky or heavy and these items will have a delivery charge of £15.00 regardless of order value, identified after initial purchase where a member of our team will contact you by phone or email to clarify any extra charges
• Very heavy or very bulky items will incur a delivery charge over £15 regardless of order value, identified after initial purchase where a member of our team will contact you by phone or email to clarify any extra charges

All orders with Charlies Direct require a signature upon delivery.
