Deliveries to Highlands of Scotland, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and International deliveries vary and are available upon request. You can still purchase through our web site but you may have to pay an additional surcharge prior to despatch of your item, we will contact you should this be needed.

Subject to the following, all items will be sent on a standard delivery at £3.95 through our couriers. A signature will be required upon delivery for most items.

All orders with Charlies Direct require a signature upon delivery.

Delivery Process

You can check the status of your order at your own convenience through your online customer account ‘your orders

Stage 1 – Order Placed

(Item(s) purchased by you is currently flagged for picking and packing within our store processes, you can expect delivery within 3-5 working days)

Stage 2 – Packing Order

(Item(s) purchased are now with the packers and are being wrapped for safe delivery straight to your door)

Stage 3 – Dispatched

(Your item(s) have now been dispatched with our couriers)

I have a card of missed parcel delivery?

If you are unable to receive your goods or have missed our courier they will leave a card with details for you to call and re-arrange delivery directly with them.

Returns and Order Cancellations

Cancellation and returns policy
If you wish to cancel your order:
•    you can notify us by email to info@charliesdirect.co.uk before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
•    where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us using your 'returns address slip' which is located on the top right of your delivery note and also in accordance with details below
You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.
The rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the event that the product has been used.
If the goods are faulty, incorrect or damaged on delivery we will meet the cost of return (but we ask that you allow us to nominate the carrier). Depending on the weight and value of the goods we may ask you to return the goods via Royal Mail in which case we will reimburse your costs upon receipt of the goods. Please ensure that the goods are suitably packaged to prevent damage in transit.

Charlies Stores will not be liable for any returned goods which are not suitably packaged (i.e. reboxed) to prevent damage in transit or missing parts. Where goods are returned to us missing parts (i.e. Handbooks, physical components) we reserve the right to deduct the cost of replacing these items from any refund.


We will also (at your option) replace or exchange any such goods; or refund you for the price paid including delivery charges. In all other circumstances we will (at your option) exchange the goods or refund you the amount paid (excluding delivery charges) only.
You may return items to any of our stores, if more convenient, however we do ask that you provide proof of purchase and advise the store that you purchased the goods via charliesdirect.co.uk.
